The other week, we had a glorious spring weather wave hit the Carolinas, and I got to switch out my hot coffee for the yummy chilled mocha Frappuccino stuff… sipping it in the preschool carpool line in my paint splattered clothes. (I live a glamorous life.)
And I looked down at my empty Starbucks Frappuccino glass bottle. You know the kind you can pick up at the gas station when you’re in a major rush?
And it hit me. Peel off the label, slap an apothecary printable on it, and it would look instantly cute and vintage. Yay for recycling! It inspired me to create the Easter tablescape I showed y’all last week.
So then I thought it would be fun to share my apothecary printables for you guys to have too since today I’ve teamed up with 32 INCREDIBLY talented home decor bloggers for a spring printable share!
These so easy to print out, tape onto any random glass bottles you have lying around, and fill them with some pretty grocery store flowers. (And the best part, arranging flowers in a bunch of little bottles makes it look like you have mad decorating skills, if flower arranging isn’t your thing.)
Would you ever guess that middle bottle with the Belmont Pharmacy label is that Starbucks container from gas station?
This big bottle actually came from my grandmother’s house, and it’s probably older than I am.
I love this bright and cheerful corner in our living room now. I stuck the bottles on top of our milk painted cabinet that hides part of our massive DVD collection and accompanied them with my DIY oversized vintage map and my favorite boxwood wreath from Target.
To download the free apothecary label printables, you can click here:
They’re so easy to change with the seasons. Just switch out the flowers for the time of year and you’re done!
Probably after the real flowers die, I’ll replace them with a few fake ones because that’s usually how I roll.
You can check out 33 other gorgeous spring printables from a bunch of my blogger friends too! I think I’m going to need to load up on print cartridges for all of them.

Thank you, Lauren, these labels are beautiful. Cheers, Ardith
Thanks, Ardith! Hope you have a great weekend!
These are so cute! Love this idea. I am a sucker for printables. I actually just made a watercolor herb/botanical printable banner. I put it up on my mantle and it’s just so simple. I’d love for you to check it out on my blog. I always enjoy reading your blog, Lauren! 🙂
Just check out your blog, Kendra! So pretty! I’m a sucker for botanical anything. Thanks so much for the love!
Beautiful! Love the labels – and a great way to stretch a grocery store flower bouquet!
Thanks so much, Jenn!
I love them. It makes me want to run out and buy some Starbucks! Very cute.
Thanks, Nancy! I’m sitting here drinking a Starbucks right now. Hehe. I think I have a problem.
These are amazing!!
Thanks, Amy!
Oh my goodness, I LOVE these, so beautiful!
Thank you so much, Kristin!
You did it Lauren. These are my favorite from the whole hop. Seriously brilliant and so authentic looking and your styling is ON POINT. Gah! I’m dying.
Ahh! You’re so sweet, Rachel! I loved yours too. You have so much talent, girl!
Lauren,
What a pretty post! I love your labels and bottles. The Starbuck jars rock and so cute! Love your idea!
Thanks so much, Janine!
I love these!!! Thank you 🙂
I realize my tech skills are a bit lacking, but I don’t show anything for page 3. I couldn’t get the little labels to print. Is it me?? I just love these labels. You did an amazing job on them -as you do with all your projects :). Thank you!
Oh so sorry, Moriah! Here’s the Google Drive link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B1v0yxoJQz3COHNoNnUwdG1KZVU/view But it’s just one page, so I’m not sure where you’re seeing a page 3. Let me know if it still gives you trouble and maybe I can email you the file. Technology and I don’t always get along. 😉
You tablescape is so gorgeous! The flowers with the map and wreath make a great combination. Thanks for the labels!! I had not thought of doing them for any other holiday than Halloween.
Thanks so much, Debbie! I hadn’t thought of doing them for any other holiday either until now.
These are gorgeous! I love how they came out and all your beautiful flowers.
Thank you so much, Danielle! Loved your printable too!
I love these! The combination of gorgeous flowers and beautiful DIY labels is perfect.
Thanks so much, Katie! Hugs, friend!
Love these! All the bottles look so pretty grouped together with the labels, and pretty flowers. I never would have guessed that one was a Starbucks bottle!
Tania
Isn’t that crazy? Yay for decorating with trash! Haha! Thank you, Tania! 🙂
Love your cabinet vignet. The labels are great! Could you decopage them on the bottles for a more permanent solution?
Absolutely! I only taped mine so I could change them later, but you could definitely decoupage.
Did you use Double sided tape? I just made a shelf for above my bathtub using an old shutter. Now to adorn the shelf with some glass knobs and glass jars and pretty labels!
Fellow crafter in the Carolinas!
Hi Melissa! Yes, I used double sided tape for the labels. You can also use scrapbooking adhesive dots. Those will look so cute on a shelf above a tub!
These are stunning! I love that a printable can dress up my home so easily! Thanks so much for sharing your labels with us at Merry Monday!
Love these labels and all the jars grouped together looks terrific! Thanks for sharing these labels at Funtastic Friday!
Thank you, Heidi!
Hi Lauren, I am wanting to print your botanical prints at Staples. I called them and they said they had to have a copyright permission to do so. I wanted to print these there because I don’t have the printer capabilities to do so. Can you help me so I can get these?
Thanks, Debbie
Oh man! Well, you can send them a link to this blog post if you’d like. Maybe that will settle the issue. But the images are in the public domain, so they don’t have a copyright restriction at all. They’re available for anyone to use. If you tell them they’re public domain images, they might accept that.
Your apothecary printables are adorable! Thank you
Hi Lauren, these are just darling! Thank you so much for sharing! I love how easily they dress up an average bottle. Quick question, did you print them using the antique type yellowish color or just on white paper? I printed them on regular white using black and white ink and they seem a bit off for some reasons. Thanks so much in advance!
Laura
I used the antique style paper so that if people preferred it to not look as antique, they could do that. So sorry! I should have clarified that.
