We keep it classy around here. And by “keeping it classy” I mean we wear plastic tiaras on the regular and have frequent Barbie tea parties. #girlmomlife

Buuuuut our kitchen is the real kind of classy with this autumn oil painting I found as a free public domain print (essentially meaning prior to copyright).

Is it still classy if the art was $0 and came from my own printer? (If anyone tells you “no” if you ask that question, you don’t need that kind of negativity in your life.)

It has been way too long since I shared a free printable with y’all, so I thought this would be perfect for any of you wanting some free fall decor, if you happen to already have an empty frame laying around.

This one is called “Autumn New England” by Dwight William Tryon that I reformatted for printing.

A little tip: You can search “public domain images” on basically any search engine to find art that you can reformat in Photoshop and print to frame in your own home. It sometimes requires quite a bit of digging, but it’s totally worth it when you find a beautiful print like this one.

  1. I LOVE your kitchen!! Too late for me to copy your beautiful colors, but I still need a backsplash. What is yours and where can I find it?

  2. This is beautiful….should it be printed landscape or portrait and what is the frame size? I’m sort of new to this, so I apologize for the ignorance. I did do your botanical prints a few months ago and love them, but your instructions were very detailed. Thanks!

    1. I would recommend printing this in landscape print. The beauty of the this one is you can make the print the size you want. If you already have a frame. laying around you can size to fit. 🙂
